Following a two-year stint on the Wildcats baseball team, Kory Pritchard stayed with the program after graduation as the team's Strength and Conditioning coach, beginning with the 2025-26 season. 

In two seasons with the Wildcats, Pritchard batted .349 in 82 games, going 80-for-229 overall with 13 doubles and one triple. As a senior in 2025, he hit .366 with 48 hits, 27 RBI, 39 runs scored, and 21 stolen bases. He helped lead the 2025 team to its 10th CACC Tournament Championship as a captain, leading to the team hosting the NCAA Division II East Region 2 pod at Wilson Field as the No. 2 seed.

Prior to Wilmington, Pritchard spent two seasons at Delaware Tech. He graduated from Appoquinimink High School and is from Middletown, Delaware.
