Ashley Mundy begins her seventh season as the program's head coach in 2024-25 and now her 16th season overall on the coaching staff after completing nine years as an assistant coach for Wilmington University.  The Wildcats earned their eighth consecutive national championship last year at the 2019 UCA College National Championships in Division II Small Co-Ed and have again gone back-to-back in 2023 and 2024 to make it 10 National Championships overall.

Mundy is a 2007 graduate of Wilmington University with a degree in Business Management and was a member of the Wilmington University Cheer Team from 2004-2007.  During that time, she was a two-year captain, and won many awards including the Leadership Award, MVP Award, and Coaches Choice Award. Mundy is currently employed at Wilmington University as the Executive Offices Coordinator.
