Noah Wallace In the Hunt as Golf Sits in 10th After Two Rounds at NCAA DII Atlantic/East Super Regional

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. - - Noah Wallace is leading the Wilmington University golf team at the 2026 NCAA DII Atlantic/East Super Regional, sitting in a tie for fourth overall after two rounds while the team shot a 296 (+16) and is in a tie for 10th at the Sunnehanna Country Club.

The Wildcats have now posted scores of 293 and 296 for a 589 (+29) after two rounds. Wheeling is leading the Super Regional with a 574 (+14) while the Wildcats are eight strokes out of third place with one round to play.

Noah Wallace is in a tie for fourth overall with rounds of 70-71 for a 141 (+1). He is two strokes off the leader form Gannon, Rasmus Seppannen who has a one-stroke lead with a 139 (-1). On Friday, Wallace found himself two-over through five but then birdies holes 7 and 8 to get back to even. A birdie on the par four 12th got him back to even par again for the round, with only a hiccup on the par three 16th the rest of the way, finishing with the 71 (+1).

Sebastian Ramos is in a tie for 33rd overall with identical rounds of 73-73 for a 146 (+6). His Friday started with a birdie on his first hole and then birdied the par five ninth to make the turn at even par. A birdie on the par five 11th saw him go to one-under, but then he went four-over on the next four holes. He birdied the par three 16th as well before finishing with a 73 (+3). He had four bridies on Friday.

Josh Freeman dropped to a tie for 38th overall with a 75 (+5) on Friday, sitting with a 147 (+7) after two rounds. He birdied the par four third to start one-under, but that would be his only hole under par for the day. He finished the round with 11 pars and six bogeys.

Will Finnerty improved by a stroke with a 77 (+7) in the second round, sitting in a tie for 91st overall with a 155 (+15). He finished with 13 pars on Friday.

James DeRocini has shot identical rounds of 83 (+13) in the opening two rounds, sitting in 101st overall. His second round started with a birdie on the par four first hole while he also birdied the par five ninth hole to make the turn. He also had five pars on Friday.

The third and final round of the Super Regional is set to begin on Saturday morning. The Wildcats are set to begin teeing off at 10:00 a.m. The top three teams advance to the NCAA Division II National Championships in Nevada.
