KANSAS CITY, Mo. - - For the first time this season the Wilmington University men's soccer team earned enough votes to enter the National Soccer Coaches Association of American National Top-25, coming in at No. 20 as announced on Tuesday.

The Wildcats are on a seven-game winning streak and are currently 10-1 overall. The Wildcats are also 7-0 in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference.

Wilmington moved up one spot in the NSCAA East Regional Poll this week, coming in at No. 3 to switch places with Merrimack. Southern New Hampshire (ranked No. 3 nationally) remains the top team in the East while LIU Post (ranked No. 11 nationally) is second in the East.

The Wildcats defeated previously NSCAA East Regionally ranked No. 5 Bridgeport, 4-0 before taking down Nyack, 2-1, last week to remain unbeaten in CACC play.

This is a tough week for the Wildcats, as they host Philadelphia on Wednesday before hosting Post on Saturday. Philadelphia defeated the Wildcats, 1-0, in last year's CACC Tournament Championship match, 1-0, and Post is currently ranked No. 9 in the NSCAA East Region.

The Wildcats and Rams square off at the WU Athletics Complex on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m.
