Following a record-breaking playing career under head coach Nick Papanicolas, Anthony Allison joined the Wildcats on the sideline in 2016 and is now in his 10th season in helping his alma mater in 2025.

A WilmU graduate in 2010, Anthony Allison (then Sargbah Tarpeh) played four seasons for Papanicolas, breaking nearly every offensive record in the program's NCAA era. He continues to be the program leader with 56 career goals and 26 career assists, amassing a remarkable 138 career points. His 21 goals and 12 assists for 54 points in 2009 were all program records at the time. He helped lead the 2009 squad to its first NCAA Regional appearance, winning the CACC Regular Season. The 2007 squad won the CACC Tournament during his sophomore season.

Allison became the Athletics Department's first Regional Player of the Year, being named the 2009 Daktronics East Region Player of Year, as well as a First Team All-American that same season. He was the 2006 CACC Rookie of the Year, a four-time First Team All-CACC member, a three-time Second Team NSCAA All-Region performer, and the 2009 CACC Player of the Year.
