NOVARA, Italy – Wilmington University softball graduate Haley Downin has extended her time on the diamond this summer, taking part in the 2024 Women's Softball European Cup while playing for the Wroclaw Panthers (Poland).

The Women's Softball European Cup is the second division in European softball, behind only the Premier Cup division. The winner of the five-team tournament advances to next year's Women's Softball European Premier Cup.
