Emma Brown Named to 2024-25 CACC Women’s Basketball All-Academic Team

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - - Forty-four student-athletes have qualified for the 2024-25 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Women's Basketball All-Academic Team, CACC Commissioner Dan Mara announced today. Wilmington University women's basketball guard Emma Brown represents the Wildcats.

To be eligible for CACC All-Academic status, a student-athlete must possess a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.50 at the end of the immediately preceding term, must be enrolled for at least two full-time semesters at his/her current institution, and must be a second-year student-athlete at his/her current institution. The CACC All-Academic Team was instituted during the 2004-05 academic year.

Sophomore Emma Brown represents the Wildcats with a. 3.82 cumulative GPA through her second season with the Wildcats. She played in all 28 games this season, averaging 6.4 points and 6.0 rebounds per game. She is going for her psychology degree at Wilmington University.
