FOUR WILDCATS GARNER ALL-CACC WOMEN’S LACROSSE HONORS

NEW CASTLE, DE – Four Wildcats garnered All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) women's lacrosse honors for their performances this past season.

Senior Danielle Niccoli (Kenwood HS/Sparrows Point, MD) and junior Jess Graybeal (Havre de Grace HS/Havre de Grace, MD) earned First-Team honors, while sophomore Liz Case (Mercy HS/Perry Hall, MD) and junior Eliza Burk (Perry Hall HS/Perry Hall, MD) were tabbed to the second team.

Niccoli, a senior midfielder, made the All-Conference team for the third time in her career.  She led the Wildcats in almost every offensive category, notching a team high 55 goals and 69 points.  She also dished out 14 assists, and led the team with 49 draw controls and 28 ground balls.

Graybeal, a junior defender, was tabbed All-CACC for the second consecutive season.  A second-team nod in 2010, she made the move to defense this season, and was the anchor of the Wildcat back line. 

Case, a sophomore midfielder, finished second on the team with 44 points, including 21 goals and a team-high 23 assists. 

Burk, a junior midfielder/defender, was second on the team in goals (27), ground balls (27), draw controls (32), while finishing third on the team in points (38) and assists (11).
