Red-Shirt Freshman (2018 Lacrosse): Appeared in all 17 games, starting in nine in her first season of lacrosse – recorded 18 ground balls and had 14 caused turnovers on the season – scored one goal in 18-2 win over Felician on April 21 – finished with two assists - recorded three ground balls in four games.

Freshman Season (2016 Soccer): Appeared in all 19 games on the women’s soccer team at Wilmington University, making four starts – scored one goal while assisting on two others – helped team to the CACC Tournament Semifinals – scored her lone goal in a 3-2 victory over Georgian Court on October 4 – assisted on a goal in a 7-1 win over Concordia – assisted on a goal in a 5-1 win over Millersville.

High School: Four-year letterwinner and three-year captain at Rising Sun High School for coach Dylan Aiman and Coach Norona – helped lead the team to two divisional championships as the team's central defender – named All-County all four years and All-Division in three seasons – named the Team MVP as a senior in 2016 – played for and was named a captain for Cardiff FC – also competed in track & field –National Honor Society member – honor roll student.

Personal: Valerie Marie Bragg – daughter of John and Mary Ellen Bragg – has three older siblings, Sarah, Rebekah, and Johnny – majoring in business management at Wilmington University – from Rising Sun, Md. – the most played song on her iPod is Conga by Gloria Estefan and Miami Sound Machine – the perfectly prepared meal would be loaded nachos.
