VIDEO: Women's Lacrosse vs. Chestnut Hill - CACC 1st Rd
Third-seeded #WilmUWLax is headed back to the CACC Tournament semifinals for the seventh year in a row, defeating sixth-seeded Chestnut Hill, 19-4, on Tuesday at the WU Athletics Complex in the First Round. The win sets up a rematch of last year's semifinal with No. 2 Jefferson in Philadelphia. The Wildcats have advanced to the semifinal round every year since 2019 but have not been able to get over the hump and into the championship match. Ella Royer led the goal scorers with four goals and two assists, adding five draws. Alea Javorowsky had a team-high seven points with two goals and five assists. Both Royer and Javorowsky recorded their 100th point of the season in the win.
