NEW HAVEN, Conn. - - The 2025 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Women's Soccer All-Academic Team was released today by CACC Commissioner Dan Mara. The team contains 78 student-athletes representing all 12 women's soccer-playing institutions in the conference.
To be eligible for CACC All-Academic status, a student-athlete must possess a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.50, be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, and be in his/her second year at his/her current institution. New for 2025-26, honorees must also either compete in at least two-thirds of his/her team's matches or start at least half.
The CACC Tournament Champion Wilmington University women's soccer team placed four student-athletes on the 2025 CACC All-Academic Team. Junior Sophia Flilipowski led the way for the Wildcats with a 3.90 cumulative grade point average while defensive back line mate Mara Leguizamon is carrying a 3.71 grade point average. Senior Natalia Sartor made the list with a 3.65 cumulative GPA while sophomore Natalia Vizzerra also made the team with a 3.55 grade point average.
Five qualifying women's soccer student-athletes own perfect 4.00 GPAs – Karli Farrell and Jessica Wojnar of Holy Family University, Jefferson's Kyra Lesko, Nevaeh Washington of associate member Lincoln University, and Post University's Alyanna Beaudoin. Including those five, 16 All-Academic selections maintain a GPA of 3.90 or higher.
The CACC All-Academic Team was instituted during the 2004-05 academic year.
