Awards: 2012: Third Team NSCAA All-East Region; Second Team Daktronics All-East Region; CACC All-Tournament Team; Second Team All-CACC, CACC Player of the Week (10/23)

2013 Season (Senior): Injured during preseason which caused a missed season, she received a medical redshirt for another year of eligibility – started the Senior Day Game and played until the first out-of-bounds in order to be recognized.

2012 Season (Junior): Third Team NSCAA All-East Region – Second Team Daktronics All-East Region – Second Team All-CACC – CACC All-Tournament Team – CACC Player of the Week on October 23 - Paced the offense with 12 goals and seven assists in her first year as a Wildcat – second in the CACC with 31 points – third in the CACC in both goals scored and assists – led the CACC with five game-winning goals, none bigger than the lone goal of the 1-0 victory over Philadelphia in the CACC Championship on November 4 – recorded a hat-trick in the 6-2 victory over Chestnut Hill on October 17 – had a stretch of seven goals in four games late in the season – tallied three assists in a 6-0 victory over Concordia on October 6 – scored two goals and added two assists in the CACC Regular Season Championship clinching game against Georgian Court on October 23.

At Burlington CC: Helped lead Burlington CC to a 26-2-2 record in two years – scored 20 goals and added four assists as a freshman in 2009 – scored 16 goals and added four assists for 36 points as a sophomore

High School: Four year letter-winner at Palmyra High School in Palmyra, N.J. – named First Team All-Conference and First Team All-South Jersey while at Palmyra – helped lead the team to four straight Freedom Division championships, including a South Jersey Championship in 2007

Personal: Chelsea Leigh Grace – daughter of James and Denise Grace – has an older sister, Danielle – majoring in behavioral science at Wilmington University with aspirations of becoming a nurse – from Palmyra, N.J. – her favorite pro sports team is the Philadelphia Flyers – if she could date a celebrity, she would date Luke Bryan – her favorite athletes are Mike Trout and Brayden Schenn – her favorite meal is mac and cheese.
