Junior Season (2019): CACC Co-Player of the Week (9/9; 10/14)

Sophomore Season (2018): CACC Rookie of the Week (9/10) – appeared in all 33 matches her first year as a Wildcat playing in 121 sets – was second on the team with 270 kills, averaging 2.23 kills per set – recorded 160 digs throughout the season averaging 1.32 per set – totaled 71 blocks on the year - recorded a season-high 19 kills against Caldwell on October 20 – recorded a season-high 13 digs twice, first against American International on September 7 and again on September 25 against Goldey-Beacom – had 13 matches with double digit kills, including a five-match streak of 10 or more – had three double-doubles on the season (kills and digs) – finished with 311.5 points on the year.

At Lynn University: Bailey played at Lynn University for two years – helped lead her team to the NCAA tournament – earned SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition for earning a 3.2 GPA or better her freshman year.

High School: Four-year letter-winner at Roland Park Country School in Baltimore, Md., for head coach Sean Slater – led her team to their third straight conference title – IAAM All -Conference team as a junior and senior – Baltimore Sun Athlete of the Week her senior year – made All County second team as a senior – Spanish Honor Society her sophomore, junior, and senior year – made Honor Roll all four years - also played basketball and ran track for the Reds.

Personal: Bailey Nicole Andrews – daughter of Richards and Venida Andrews – has four younger siblings, Hannah, RJ, Tori, and Charles – majoring in Communications at Wilmington University – from Owings Mills, Md., - favorite athlete is Kobe Bryant – if she could be anyone else for a day it would be Beyoncé – favorite pro sports team is the Las Angeles Lakers – what she misses most about being a kid is that parents pay for everything – her perfect meal prepared for her would be a Mexican appetizer and a seafood platter entre – her ultimate achievement would be to win the lottery.
