Junior Year (2018): Appeared in 13 matches and 44 sets before succumbing to an injury – had 35 kills on the season – totaled 15 digs on the year – posted 15 blocks – had a season-high six kills against LIU Post on August 25 while also posting three digs – totaled four blocks twice on the season, first against California (Pa.) on August 24 and again on September 8 against Franklin Pierce – finished with 43 points on the season.

Sophomore Season (2017): Appeared in 31 matches her sophomore year - recorded 84 kills, averaging .95 kills per set – had two matches with 9 kills, first against Mercy on September 9 and second at Goldey-Beacom on October 31 - posted 52 digs in 88 sets played – finished sixth on the team with 104 total points.

Freshman Season (2016): Appeared in 97 sets on the outside as a true freshman – finished tied for third on the team with averaging 1.53 kills per set – ranked fifth on the team with 180.5 total points, adding 43 total blocks to her 148 kills – added 102 digs, averaging 1.05 per set – set a season high with 10 kills twice, first at Felician on September 17 before matching it at Goldey-Beacom on October 5 – had a season high 13 digs at Kutztown on September 13 – had a season high five total blocks against Southern New Hampshire on November 6.

High School: Three-year letter-winner at Walt Whitman High School for head coach Steve Greco – National Honor Society member – secretary and treasurer of the robotics club – high school vice president – president of the SADD club

Personal: Emma Helene Kongevold – daughter of Peter and Jennifer Kongevold – has four younger siblings, Grace, Olivia, Amelia, and Jack – majoring in elementary educations: K-6 at Wilmington University – from Huntington Station, N.Y. – also enjoys breeding succulents and writing poetry  – most memorable sports moment was the Nyack game her Sophomore year – best piece of advice she’s ever received is “have fun”– the perfect meal would be her mom’s spinach ring casserole – favorite cartoon character is Naruto – her ultimate achievement would be to survive her senior season without an injury – her spirit animal is a small black kitten.
