At Harford CC: Ran one season at Harford CC in 2013 as a freshman – placed fourth in the conference and third among NJCAA Division I runners with a time of 27:10 at the 2013 Regiona XX/MD JUCO Championships – placed 143rd out of 298 runners in the 8K race with a time of 28:30, placing fourth among Region XX/MD JUCO runners at the 2013 NJCAA Division I National Tournament.

High School: Played soccer and ran track and cross country at Perry Hall High School – named All-County in cross country as a senior in 2012.

Personal: Christopher Michael Vitek – son of Patrick and Janet Vitek – has two older brothers, Patrick and David – majoring in graphic design at Wilmington University with aspirations to design cars – from Perry Hall, Md. – his favorite athlete is Manny Machado – his favorite movie is Rush Hour 2 – if he could be the head coach of a team for a year, he would coach the Baltimore Orioles – his favorite cartoon character is Scooby Doo.
