2026 Season (Senior): USILA North All-Region Honorable Mention - CACC All-Tournament Team - CACC Defensive Player of the Year - First Team All-CACC

2025 Season (Junior): USILA North All-Region Honorable Mention - First Team All-CACC - Started all 16 games, where he caused 26 turnovers and picked up 40 ground balls. Had five games with four ground balls and caused a season-high four turnovers at Bridgeport on March 22. Recorded multiple ground balls in eight straight games from 3/15-4/22.

2024 Season (Sophomore): First Team All-CACC - Started all 15 games, collecting 16 ground balls with 11 caused turnovers. 

2023 Season (Freshman): Played in 13 games with 11 starts, picking up 13 ground balls with five caused turnovers. Had a season-high three ground balls twice and caused two turnovers against #13 Pace on March 4.

High School: played defense at Tahoma High School in Maple Valley, WA under coaches Chris Olcese and Brian Johnson- 3 years on varsity lacrosse- 2x varsity captain- was undefeated and won the conference his senior year.

Personal: Quinn Alexander Tracy- son of Charles and Jenny Tracey- has a younger sister Vivian- majoring in business management with hopes of running his own business- his favorite pro sports team is the Baltimore Ravens- other activities he enjoys when not playing his sport is lifting weights, his favorite movie quote is “Your either first or last”- prefers movies over books, iPhones over Androids, and french fries over onion rings.
